If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for photography products or baby room decor, as these items are custom-made and cannot be resold. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team, and they will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
If you received a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
